Q: How has your degree helped with your career as a skin specialist?
Laura “ This degree has helped expand my knowledge in the medical field and helped me gain a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology which is important when it comes to injectables as practitioners should be confident when it comes to all the underlying anatomical features for correct placement of products and minimising the risk of complications - I can confidently deal with medical emergencies”.
Q: How does your degree help make you a medical expert in this field?
Laura “ My degree has also helped me critically analyse research papers which I can now apply in the aesthetic world and find the best evidence out there in regards to injectables”
